On Tuesday, March 31 at 6 pm, the Valley Community Library, 739 River St. Peckville, is holding an Open House to introduce library services to families with special needs. A new story time geared to children with special needs will be highlighted and there will be a chance to make crafts, tour the library, get library cards, hear stories and so much more!
